Terms and Conditions
AGE/GRADE REQUIREMENTS
All artists must be within the age and/or grade requirements listed for the class, camp, workshop, or event. If an artist is registered for class that they do not meet the age or grade requirement, Orange Easel reserves the right to cancel the registration. No refunds will be issued for this registration after supplies have been purchased.
CREDITS
If you are unable to make your class due to illness or quarantine, please contact us PRIOR TO CLASS so we can find someone to take your place. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can invite a student from our waitlist to take your spot. The best way to reach us is via email artclasses@orangeeaselart.com.
DROP-OFF CLASSES
With the exception of Art + Play Group, Art FUNdamentals, Storytime Art classes, and some special events, all of our classes, camps, and programming are drop-off classes. Parents and caregivers are not allow to stay in the classroom for class. Para professionals assisting students with special needs or behavior/social challenges are welcome.
MAKE-UPS
If we have another session of your missed class happening in the near future, we're happy to schedule you in for a make-up. Otherwise, we will issue a credit to your account.
Regular weekly classes (Preschool FUNdamentals, Drawing classes, and Multimedia classes) have a scheduled make-up sessions every week. View that information here: https://orangeeaselart.com/make-ups.html
REFUNDS
All class registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Students who have special needs are welcome in all Orange Easel classes. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.
STUDENT BEHAVIOR IN DROP-OFF CLASSES
Artist attending Orange Easel classes must be respectful of the studio, instructors, classmates, and our class time together. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in class. Examples of such disruptive behavior includes but is not limited to the following:
The following steps will be taken if a students behavior is disruptive to the learning environment in class:
First occurrence: The instructor will speak to the student one-on-one to discuss the behavior and find a resolution
Second occurrence: Miss Allison or Miss Sara will have a meeting with both the student and the parent to discuss the behavior and find a resolution
Third occurrence: The studio will require a paraprofessional teacher to attend class with the student to help keep the behavior from interfering with class and the community. This student aide must have experience working as a para or a degree/certification in child development, special education, or a related field. The para must be provided by the family. If the family decides not to continue classes under these requirements, a full refund for the class will be processed.
TRANSFERRING CLASSES
Artists who are unable to make your registered class or camp, can transfer their registration *in it's entirety* to another artist who meets the age/grade requirement.

- Physical attacks such as hitting, biting, pinching, or shoving
- Breaking or destroy studio supplies or property
- Repeated teasing or insults after a student or instructor has asked them to stop
- Leaving the classroom or building without a parent or instructor

Photo Release
By participating in Orange Easel programming, all participants authorize Miss Allison’s Art, LLC d/b/a Orange Easel to use and publish photographs taken of both adult parents and caregivers and minor children for use in Miss Allison’s Art, LLC d/b/a Orange Easel’s written publications, printed publications, advertisements and website or any other legitimate business purpose for and on behalf of Miss Allison’s Art, LLC d/b/a Orange Easel.
All participants release Miss Allison’s Art, LLC d/b/a Orange Easel, its owners, employees and affiliates from any expectation of confidentiality and any liability from any claims for the minor children and adult parents and caregivers.
This participation in both the Orange Easel’s publications and website confer no rights of ownership whatsoever and participants have no expectation of ownership. Under that this release does not allow Miss Allison’s Art, LLC d/b/a Orange Easel to release any private information about adults or minor participants, including our address.
